Improve your sports skills and have fun. Enjoy the benefits of improving your strides, strokes, or swings with classes ranging from golf and race walking to swimming, tennis, and volleyball. Most classes are part of the Commit2BFit campaign.
Golf I
Basic Golf instructions for beginners, including: putting, chipping, pitching, bunker play, and full swing. Bring a putter to the first class. (Plus $6 weekly for balls). Classes held at Cooper Colony 5050 SW 90th Ave.No class 2/18/12, 3/17/11.

Learn techniques for dramatically improving your golf game including shot selection, course management and reading greens. (Plus $6 per week for balls). Bring 5 iron to first class. $10.00 weekly fee for golf balls. Palm Aire Country Club. 551 South Powerline Road Pompano Beach, Fl 33069 Additional Materials: $10 wkly fee for golf balls. Week 1 bring a 5 iron. You are welcome to bring a 7 iron & 3 wood if you would like.
