Do you have a digital SLR but wish you could do more with it? Acquire the art and skill of taking beautiful pictures.Shutter speed, aperture, ISO settings combined with artistic composition will be explored. Field trips & framing materials included. Fee includes a 16"x20" metal frame with glass, mat and backing for students' final project. Includes fun field trips for on-location shooting. Additional Materials: Point and Shoot or SLR camera. Learn the "WHY" behind what you are doing as you become acquainted with the machine, tools and techniques that encompass the wonderful world of sewing. Supply list for first night of class: 1 yard of muslim Sewing Kit that contains shears, seam ripper, pins, pin cushion, tracing paper & wheel, thimble, hand sewing needles, needle threader, sewing gauge. Items can be purchased separately. First project supplies: 1. 1/2 yard of plain fabric such as duck, canvas, or denim 2. 1/2 yard of coordinationg fabric such as duck, canvas or denim 3. spool of all-purpose matching thread for fabric 4. 40 inches of 1"wide nylon or cotton webbing 5. $2.00 to purchase patterns for use in class
