Aerobics and Pilates
Low-impact dance based upon jazz aerobics and Pilates Low impact dance-based jazz/aerobics, ballet barre, step, light strength training and Pilates matwork with props stability ball, flex-bands, mini-ball, light strength training and much more. Classes run Mondays and Wednesdays 1/23, 25,30, 2/1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 22, 27, 29, 3/5,7, 19,21, 26. No classes 2/20 or 3/12, 14.
