    Northeast Community School

    I am a Licensed Registered Dietitian. You will receive current information on meal planning, healthy aging, chronic illness and current trends. Includes resources, handouts, recipes. Classes are designed to be interactive. Many of us want to be more health conscious but don't know where to start or what to believe. This course is designed to provide science-based information and to answer questions on diet and nutrition. The goal is to make a healthy lifestyle seem easy.
