Dance to the beat of your own strum! Broward Community Schools is now offering Guitar and Ukulele classes! Several of our campuses are offering Guitar for beginners and at the intermediate level. In these classes, students will learn to read simple melodies, music notes, chords, how to tune the guitar and how to play chords and songs.
All you have to do is register, bring your own acoustic guitar to class and bring a great attitude that’s ready to learn!
If you’re interested in learning the Ukulele, bring your own instrument to class and learn to play contemporary, oldies and island music. Our Ukulele I course will introduce beginners to music fundamentals.
