Goals of the Weight Training Class

The weight training class focuses on increasing muscle tone, improving your metabolism, and reducing body fat. Many people who decide to lose weight start off with cardio. Time on the treadmill or taking a jog around the neighborhood is great, but many people don’t understand just how important weight training can be as a part of a weight loss regimen.

You don’t have to set any goals like being able to bench press or squat some crazy amount of weight. The goal is simply to get into better shape and develop healthier habits. Whether this is completely new to you or you’re looking to get back into weightlifting, this course has a lot to offer you.

Weight Training Class Details

The weight training class will be held at the Hollywood Hills Community School at 5400 Stirling Road. It’s held from January 19, 2022, to March 16, 2022. Class days are Monday and Wednesday, from six to seven-thirty at night. There are 16 total sessions, and the fee is $98.
